We are happy to do some "bragging" for these parks!

E Mail from Deb & Ty Ruch...It has been our great pleasure to have spent three days here at Badlands Ranch & Resort in Interior, South Dakota, with our host Jake Sharp.  A very nice place to stay and we've enjoyed every minute! The property is 1000 acres and one of the greatest thrills of the stay was a walk to the Northern extent of the property, where high on a hill overlooking the White River there is a grand view of a large section of the Badlands.  We remained there from about 7pm until sunset for some spectacular sights as the light changed across the formations and the valley below.

Phone Call from Ellis and Frankie Ittel regarding Bar S RV Park in Grants, New Mexico This park is very nice and the folks that run it are super!  The sites are wide, all gravel, and the site numbers are on tall signs, easily readable.

E Mail From Chip Martina Due to Hurricane Gustav, My DW and I evacuated with our little Aliner to Castleberry, Al, staying at a quaint little place called the Country Sunshine RV Park. The management was laid back, super-friendly and accommodating to us "evacuees." They didn't charge anything extra for all the critters ( a dog, a cat, and a bird) we brought, as some campgrounds do. We arrived without a reservation and picked out a level, grassy, tent site with electric and water under a large pecan tree. Though it rained several times during our 3 day stay, the ground remained firm and solid with good drainage. All the full hook-up sites were already taken, as this was also Labor Day weekend. Though there was no cable, our pole mounted rabbit ear antenna allowed us to pick up about a half dozen digital stations to track the storms progress. The restrooms were clean, private and large, with a strong shower and plenty of hot water. Laundry facilities and a public phone were available. Our campsite was in front of a picturesque, rustic barn. A horse pasture was adjacent to the park, lending a peaceful, serene feeling to the overflowing, yet surprisingly quiet campground. We'll definitely stay there again, hopefully under more pleasant circumstances.

E Mail Kudos From David and Neila Gordon regarding Capulin RV Park in Capulin, NM also....We really enjoyed our stay at the Capulin RV Park in Capulin, NM. The owners are wonderful folks and the park is so clean.

Sue and Dick McClure. Since we own this park, gotta print this one!!!  My husband Dick and I spent one week at Eagle's Landing RV Park and would return there in a heartbeat. The owners, Judie and Dick, take great pride in caring for their guests and their property. The sites are large and spacious and well maintained--they are also LEVEL! The showers were wonderfully hot, with lots of pressure. We especially appreciated the large book-exchange library, which we used several times during our visit. During a rather fierce thunder and lightening storm one day, Dick regularly made the rounds of all the sites in his truck to make sure all was well with the guests and their rigs.

Dick and Sue McClure   Dick and I really enjoyed our time at The Bees RV Resort in Central Florida, midway between Leesburg and Clermont. We had originally planned to spend three nights and ended up staying six! This is a large, woodsy, full amenities property that has pretty much everything, including a wonderful SPIRIT. It is built around a large pond that is home to some big water birds, including two friendly sandhill cranes. An ongrounds restaurant--The Honeypot--has a Fish Fry on Friday nights, a Fried Chicken special on Tuesdays, and a full breakfast menu on Saturdays. We used the miniature golf course and the shuffleboard court and enjoyed the large swap library. Mostly we loved the long walks around the water.
