Within 1/2 mile of the park is Conn Brown Harbor, Aransas Bay, Inter-coastal Waterway, and the Aransas Channel. Close to fishing, boating, sandy beaches, shops and restaurants. This is an adult park with limited facilities for children. AMENITIES: Clubhouse, Pool Tables, Patio Area With Grill, Laundry, Restrooms, Hot Showers, City Water, Cable TV, Wireless Internet, Planned Winter Activities, Paved Sites, Picnic Tables, Shuffleboard, Pets Welcome...(must be leashed and cleaned up after. Exit BUS 35 to Aransas Pass, stay on BUS 35 to the NE edge of Aransas Pass, turn west (left) at Pepito's Mexican Restaurant on Gile St and go two blocks, turn right on Freeman Avenue for one block. From Rockport: Go south on BUS 35 to NE edge of Aransas Pass, turn west (right) at Pepitos Mexican Restaurant on Gile St, and go two blocks, turn right on Freeman Ave and go one block.
