DESCRIPTION: At Lighthouse Beach and Bird Sanctuary RV Park, birdwatch from the observatory which has covered seating, enjoy the sandy beach and the longest wetlands walkway....made of recycled plastic....and fish from Texas’ longest lighted fishing pier.

AMENITIES: Gulf of Mexico, Saltwater Fishing, Boating, Ramp, Dock,White Snady Beach, Swimming, Recreation Building, Restrooms and Showers, Cable TV, Dump Station, Paved Sites, Covered Cabanas, Playground.

DIRECTIONS: From Junction US 35 and Smith Road (East side of town), go East one block on Smith Road. Entrance on left.

Recreation USA Members will pay $10.00 plus an add'l $5.00 per night, and may stay 4 nights per visit.  This rate is for the hill sites.
