DESCRIPTION: Located 8 miles south of Livingston, and 50 miles north of Houston, Magnolia Lake RV Park is quiet...and just 3/4 mile off Hwy 59.. Area attractions include Lake Livingston State Park, Big Thicket National Preserve, Sam Houston National Forest, Alabama-Coushatta Indian Reservation, and the Polk County Museum.  A factory outlet center, shopping and restaurants are available in Livingston.

AMENITIES:  Fishing Pond, two Clubhouses, Recreation Room, 24 Hour Laundry, Restrooms and Showers, High Speed Wireless Internet, Gravel and Grass Sites, Charcoal Grills, Pets Welcome, No Tenting. The clubhouse is great for meetings of up to 25 RVs.
