Located within 12 miles of the park are museums, sightseeing flights, Mt Airy Casino,restaurants, outlet malls, antique leather, candy, and candle shops, golf, fishing, riding stables, and Pocono Intl. Raceway. AMENITIES: Swimming Pool (Heated), Camp Store, (firewood, ice, propane, groceries, candy, ice cream, souvenirs, camping and RV supplies), Recreation Hall, Pool Table, Arcade Games, Clean Restrooms, Free Showers, Laundry, Cable TV, Wifi, Dump Station, Shaded Sites in the Woods, Fire Ring and Picnic Table at Sites, Horseshoes, Tether Ball, Basketball Hoop, Playground, Hiking, Biking, Horseback Riding, Tenting, Pets Welcome. DIRECTIONS: From I-380 Exit 3 and take Route 940 east to Route 611. Turn left and go 1.5 miles north to Hemlock Drive . Go 1/4 mile to campground on right. From I-380 Exit 8 and take Route 611 South 1.5 miles, bear left onto Hemlock Drive . Go 1.5 miles to campground on left. From PA Turnpike take 476 (Northeast Extension) to exit 56, then take Route 22 East to Route 33 north to Route 80 west (Exit on Left) to Exit #298 (Scotrun). Turn left at light onto RT 611 north. Go approx. 8 miles and make right onto Hemlock Drive. Go 1/4 mile campground on right. RENTAL UNITS: Yes MONTHLY/LONG TERM SITES: Yes Recreation USA Members will pay $23 a night Sunday - Thursday and may stay up to 5 nights a visit. Not valid, Fri, Sat, holiday weekends, or race weekends. Reservations are allowed. Rate is for 2 adults. $5 add'l charge for each extra person and/or pet. |
