River Campground SITES:
6 W/E/S, 20 W/E DESCRIPTION: Located 8 miles north of Antlers, K River Campground is just 3 hours from Dallas, Oklahoma City, and Tulsa and 1 hour north of Paris, Texas...right off the Indian Nation Turnpike. Small town shopping and several restaurants are located in Antlers, with a country grocery-hardware store, laundry, beauty shop, and post office within a mile of the park. 3 golf courses are closeby. AMENITIES: 1/2 Mile of River Frontage, Swimming Hole, Fishing, Canoeing and Kayaking Rentals, Two Pavilions, Restrooms and Showers, Dump Station, Wilderness Camping With Lots of Shade Trees, Picnic Tables, Firewood, Firerings, Volleyball, Horseshoes, Croquet, Hiking, Horseback Trail Rides, Pan For Gold, Tenting, Pets Welcome. DIRECTIONS:
Go north of Antlers on Hwy 2. You will pass through Moyers which has
Brittingham Grocery Store on the right and a post office across the
highway. One more mile you will cross Buck Creek and at the top of the
hill see our sign. Turn right into campground. Proceed on down to the
camping area and someone will normally be there to greet you. If not
just make yourself at home and have a look around. Go ahead and set
up camp if you like. We will check on you when we
get back from our errand. Recreation
