DESCRIPTION:   Indian Mound Campground is located near Athens.  Nearby is the Ohio State University, Old Mans Cave, Dairy Barn Art Center, Indian Pow Wows, Uncle Buck horseback riding, and the Paul Bunyon Show.  The park will soon be having Indian shows.  Shopping and restaurants are in Athens.  We have an informational talk regarding the local Indians.

AMENITIES:   Pond, Freshwater Fishing, Swimming, 100 Ft Slide, Rec Hall, Restrooms and Showers, Dump Station, LP Bottles, Firewood, Gravel Roads, Gravel Sites (Some Shaded), Picnic Tables, Playground, Horseshoes, Miniature Golf, Tenting, Pets Welcome, Hiking, Pot Luck Dinners.

DIRECTIONS: From Athens, Jct US 33 & SR 682, go 1 3/4 mile on SR 682 to SR 56, then 4 1/2 miles west on SR 56 to CR 6.  Take CR 6 1 1/2 miles southwest to CR 8, then 200 yards southwest to Twp. Rd 24.
