Leaf Pines Oasis DESCRIPTION: Located in the Sandhills area of North Carolina, near Pinehurst and Southern Pines, Long Leaf Pines Oasis is a family friendly park, opened in July 2007. Come camping with us and see all that southeastern North Carolina has to offer. ...golfing, hiking, boating, swimming, antique shopping, and touring historic sites, with shopping and restaurants closeby. Area attractions include the Fort Bragg Airborne and Special Operations Museum, the Rockingham Dragway,St Andrews College, and the Pinehurst championship golf course. AMENITIES: Pavilion, Picnic Area, BBQ Facilities, Camp Fire Rings, Ice, Wireless Internet, Shaded Gravel Sites (Most With Pagota Lites At Hookups), Gravel Roads, Picnic Tables, Fire Ring/BBQ At Sites, Dump Station, RV Storage, Playground, Hiking Trails, Tenting, Pets Welcome. We have a fenced in "Dog Park". (Sorry, No Aggressive Dogs) Coming in the fall, a Nature Observatory. DIRECTIONS: The park is 12 miles north of Laurinburg, on US 15-501. Turn left on Palmer Road at the Fire Station.. The RV park is ealily spotted by it's distinctive the "Triple Dome" entrance. RENTAL UNITS: None MONTHLY/LONG TERM RATES: Yes Recreation USA Members will pay $15.00 a night and may stay 3 nights per visit, Sunday thru Thursday. Not valid during major golfing, or St Andrews special events. Call for dates. |
