DESCRIPTION: Located just West of Alpena, on both Lake Winyah and Thunder Bay River, Campers Cove is a scenic 30 acre park....close to three golf courses, lighthouses, planetarium, museums, beaches, night life, restaurants, shopping, and in a great diving area.

AMENITIES: Lake Winyah, Freshwater Fishing, Tackle, Boating, Ramp, Dock, Canoe, Kayak, Pontoon, Pedal Boat, and Row Boat Rentals, Indoor Swimming Pool, Sauna, Game Room, Coin Games, Pavilion, Laundry, Limited Groceries, Restrooms and Showers, Cable TV, Public Phone, LP Gas, Ice, Tables, Firerings, Firewood, Dump Station, RV Storage, Rec Field, Playground, Volleyball, Horseshoes, Shuffleboard, Miniature Golf, Fun Cycle and Bike Rentals, Tenting available.

Recreation USA Members receive a 50% discount a night and may stay Sunday thru Thursday. Rate includes 2 adults and 4 children up to 17. For a longer stay you can camp up to two weeks per visit by paying the regular rate for Fri and Sat nights
