Dick and I are pretty much known as Papa and Mama Rec...and Mama Rec has been keeping up this page. I do that "proofreadin' thing" and that "editing thing." I think in the internet world, this page would be called a blog.....I just call it checkin' in with all our visitors and keeping folks up with our comings and goings and any other stuff I get the urge to add.
I am sorry to say that I have not done well keeping up this page for a few years. Mama Rec got really sick 5 1/2 years ago and spent 3 months in 3 different hospitals and then a year recovering. I am in healthy shape now. But the most horrible thing that happened was losing my beloved Dick, as I wrote about under Meet The Owners.
I have a Face book page going for Mama Rec and for Recreation USA. I have to say it is very hard, and although I can manage 2 web sites, I am mostly "lost" in trying to decide how to "like" something or someone and make comments. Below are pictures of our motorhome,.a 2007 Winnebago Adventurer which we bought brand new. I am still lovin' it, and still live in it now. We have been full time RV living for a great many years.
