DESCRIPTION: Located 13 miles East of Ocala, Lake Waldena Resort is in the Ocala National Forest.... situated on beautiful 55 acre Lake Waldena....with the campsites nestled in a wooded area. Area attractions are Silver Springs for glass bottom boats, Wild Waters, and thoroughbred horse farms. Disney World is a one and 1/2 hour drive, and Daytona is a one hour drive. A grocery store and shopping are just 2 miles from the park.

AMENITIES: Lake Waldena, Row Boats, Fishing, Swimming, Clubhouse, Pavilion, Camp Store, Ice, Restrooms and Showers, Laundry, Modem Hookup available during office hours, Pay Phone, Dump Station, Newspaper Stand, Shaded, Wooded Sites, Picnic Tables at Sites, Playground, Horseshoes, Shuffleboard, Pets Welcome, Tenting.

DIRECTIONS: From I-75, Exit 352, and go East on Hwy 40 for 16 miles. Resort will be on right. From I-95, Exit 268, and go West on Hwy 40....about a one hour drive. Resort will be on left.

Recreation USA Members will pay $15.00 a night, and may stay up to 3 nights.  Add'l charge of $5.00 for 50 amp electric and $2.00 per guest over 4. Not valid during holidays.
