Country RV Park DESCRIPTION: High Country RV Park can be found in the southwestern Colorado town of Naturita (Indian for "Little Nature"), along the majestic and scenic Highway 141. This is truly a bit of Colorado's last frontier. The scenic grandeur of this area, which has been compared to the Grand Canyon, can be enjoyed from the comfort of your R.V., rather than the back of a mule! The park is 100 miles south of Grand Junction, 97 miles north of Cortez, and 80 miles from Moab, UT. Local attractions include fishing, hiking, bike riding, and rock climbing. Across the street is a gas station and grocery store, the welcome center is next door, and within walking distance is the post office, library, liquor store, bank, and restaurants. AMENITIES: Restrooms and Showers, Laundry, Cable TV, Phone and Modem Hookups, BBQs, Large Gravel Sites with Grass (Large Oak Trees For Shade), Picnic Tables, Firepit, Horseshoe Pits, Pets Welcome, Tenting. DIRECTIONS: 100 miles south of Grand Junction, on Hwy 141, in the town of Naturita.
